Susan sold us our prior home and advocated for us every step of the way. It was a tricky sale then, with C.O. issues and other things, and she got the job done, so we didn't hesitate to call her again to help us find our next house. Susan is very pleasant to be around--she's like an old friend--and very attentive to questions and concerns. We literally would not be in our house today if it weren't for her. We thought we had lost the house to another buyer, but Susan kept following up with the seller's agent and found out the sale didn't go through. Their loss was our gain and we are very happy with our home and Susan's hard work. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to purchase a home.
